I also purchased the  PearlsOnly Bliss Black 6.0-6.5mm A Freshwater Pearl Cultured Necklace 18 inch  and these earrings were of noticeably higher quality. The pair that I received were vey round and uniform with no defects, and were dyed a very deep purple with a beautiful polish. Obviously these are freshwater pearls that are not naturally this color (if you're looking for natural black pearls, you can spend 3 to 5 times as much for Tahitian pearls), but these are a very simple and elegant pair of earrings.

The pearls are beautiful but the earrings are thin and bend easily. I put holders on them so I would not loose them and they really bent. Going to replace the holders - but again - the pearls are gorgeous

The pearl on one of the ear ring came out of the hook within a week of use-we had to stick it back with super glue to make it hold. Disappointed with the quality.
