this is the 2nd one i have owned... first one, unfortunately, had the band break, and i lost it in some parking lot or store... the band was a bit too small from my wrist... however, for the information i get from this watch, i like it... it is not perfect and you should always use other methods to confirm health measurements... i like it for the price, the fact that it gives me a range of health info, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, and even gives me a record of my nightly sleep pattern... i had bought a 'fitbit' to replace the lost watch, but returned it because it didn't have blood pressure or blood oxygen... this is a more simpler watch to get some health info...again, not perfect and should be used with other methods, but it does, i think, give a nice idea of how things are 'ticking'...

I like the size and the soft silicone strap.Did not check accuracy of sensors yet. I'm mostly interested on Oxygen level sensor.Battery life is decent, maybe a week long.Display is minimal with very low resolution, just good enough for showing the time. Much better the app on the phone, easy to install.I dislike the fact it's not a touch screen. The controls are made thru a touch button at the bottom, so you have to scroll until you get the function you need.Bottom line, still a good value for the price considering the amount of measures, providing they are accurate.

I bought the black with the red inside for me, seemed more feminine. Got the black with gray for my boyfriend and his adult son. This price is amazing and I got exactly what I wanted, Especially logging my steps without having to bring my cell phone all the time. I use the app for my iPhone to keep track, just sync it anytime. I also track my blood pressure, blood oxygen and heartbeat. Why spend hundreds of dollars when this works great. Six months and still running perfectly and the charge lasts 5 to 7 days!

The watch reads the same heart rate every day, 81 from the day I turned it on in Dec and its now Jan 29th . Reported the heart rate wasn't working and that the BP is off appx 10 to 12 % and was told it cannot be calibrated but they would replace the item. Its been over a month and it has not been replaced. Dont know if they will replace it or I will just mark it up to a bad purchase and move on. Be aware if its faulty from the vendor , there is no calibration that you can do .

I bought this with a minimum need of knowing my Heart Rate as I took walks. Everything else, such as using it as a watch for time, Blood Pressure, steps etc were not as important. The setup and the APP worked well together and the night sleeping information was interesting and might be useful to use in the future. The included band felt comfortable overall. If you're an older adult, you'll probably want to look at alternatives as the overall screen size is too small overall. The negatives, which ultimately led me to return this item were many.1) The manual, printed unnecessarily in a very small typeface.2) The screen display was tiny and I needed reading glasses to view comfortably.3) This watch used a button to navigate, and it was only one way. If you stepped by an option, you needed to keep clicking all the way around to reach what you missed.4) The band needed to be removed to charge, which I think in time would make the band weak and possibly slip apart.5) The watch will only charge if it's inserted into a USB port the correct way. Nothing to keep from reversing this connection. The manufacturer could easily have added additional contacts so it could be inserted either way and allow it to charge regardless.6) Heart Rate was way off when compared to a cuff. I expect some inaccuracies, but it was over 10% off.7) Blood Pressure readings were way off too, more than 10%, but even the most expensive fitness watches can be a little off.

I purchased for my mother. It is very simple to use and easy for her to find the information she needs.
