It's a cute little bracelet and I think most girls would be pleased with it on their birthday. It's not super strong though, so hopefully they won't wear it when they're climbing trees. It is adjustable, but those pieces seem to be the weak link in the bracelet since the jump rings are so thin. Anyways, most jewelry is pretty delicate and I'd still recommend this.

I have to say that this is actually a really pretty bracelet is dainty. It’s smaller in person. They show the stones up close but I’m happy with it. It looks like the photos I got the 10th birthday one for my daughter and it’s absolutely adorable. She loves bracelets like this and it seems overall be durable although it is dainty as well made. It is in a box, so I feel that it’s definitely packaged well. I’m happy with it and so is my daughter.This is definitely something that makes for a great gift.I hope this review is helpful.

Since this is advertised as a gift for girls and teenagers and priced at about $15, I wasn't expecting very much in the way of quality. But I was surprised - it's very pretty and well made. It has little heft to it -- the silver and the chalcedony stones feel like the quality of a "grown up's" piece of jewelry.I would caution a potential buyer to consider that bracelet runs a little large for slender wrists and might be too big for a child. I wear a 6 3/4 to 7 inch bracelet and, even when fastened on the smallest possible link, it's still a bit large for me. I think it might just slip right off of a little girl's arm.
