I bought this on impulse when I saw it on Amazon at a significantly lower price than through any other seller. I wasn't particularly in the market for a jewelry/glasses tray, but I do have an attraction to Yamazaki style. I'm not disappointed in my purchase; it's a sturdy and attractive piece, and I discovered that I most enjoy using it to store the smaller spice containers on my kitchen counter. I can imagine a number of other uses for it--perhaps holding coffee pods sorted by flavor, or for small items on a crafts table, etc. It's now listed at the higher price, and also with a steep shipping charge, so I'm glad I took the plunge and bought it when it briefly reduced and with normal Amazon free shipping over $25.

I have limited space in my apartment and bought this to hold my small crystal carvings collection. It is perfect for that purpose. It's well made, sturdy, and each shelf comes with a removable rubber liner. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because it does seem a bit pricey for the size (I paid $35) but I couldn't find anything else that would work in my space, so I bought it anyway.

has nice weight and look fits glasses perfectly which is what i use it for. On my nightstand. Could tip, but not easily. would recommend for this function of holding jewelry or glasses.
