It was easy to fill up the urn with the tools provided! I wear this every single day and even go through the trouble of taking it off every evening to shower as it states not to get it wet. It looks beautiful and allows you to keep your loved fur baby close to your heart! I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU the seller. etc, everybody who handled my order!!!!! My father just passed away and I needed this piece to put some of his ashes in, well, it was here within a couple of days and it was so beautiful that it made me cry. I really like this urn necklace it obviously doesn't hold many ashes but seems to be holding up just fine and I wear it quite a bit, has a longer chain and getting everything lined up right takes a second to figure out but once you have it, it looks just like the photo. It also came pretty quickly so far so good!
