**Edit****So, I did goof, I left them on in the shower, and when I scrubbed behind my ears, I knocked one of em out by accident, and as soon as it hit my tub, it broke right down the middle. They're beautiful, and I love them, just maybe take them out in the bath 😅😂That being said, these are not for stretching. I did some research before deciding whether or not to purchase more, and ear weights for stretching start at between 40g-60g and these are only 5g total, not per stone. These are purely for fashion and style choices.**I love my new ear weights! I've stretched and restretched so many times that my ears are a little stubborn trying to go up past half an inch, so I got these to go the slow and painless route. They feel very sturdy and arrived undamaged. Absolutely beautiful weights. Here's a really cool unexpected pro to these, though, they don't stink like regular gauges do after wearing them! I guess because my earlobes get to breathe. But either way it's a huge plus!

I saw some people saying in the reviews that these were glass and not real opal and that’s true. These are opalite, the man made version of natural opal. Opalite is super common and in my mind looks exactly the same as natural opal, if not prettier. The item description literally says “opalite” so this company is 100% transparent in what they are selling you. People just don’t know their gems/minerals very well…🙄 Anyways, I love them! They are pretty, light weight, and a fun change from my usual silicone tunnels. I’ll be buying one in every color cuz I love the look of them. I’m a 0 gauge and I ordered a 2 gauge and they fit perfectly. I don’t feel like they would easily fall out, but they aren’t snug. Therefore, they are comfortable and something I can see myself wearing to work (in a professional setting), out to dinner, or just chilling’. Glass is fragile so I’ll be taking careful car of them and definitely won’t sleep with them.

I guess I got what I paid for. I purchased cheap jewelry, I got cheap jewelry. Lesson learned, do not buy jewelry on amazon."YOFANST Amethyst Large Keyhole *Stone* Ear *Weights* Piercing Stretchers Gauge 2g", is the name of the item I purchased, which is concerning because these are not stone, nor do they have weight to them.The fact that these are glass, and not stone as advertised, presents a few issues for me.1.) there are sharp, unfinished edges on the inside of the keyhole shape. the inside of my stretched ear scraped along that sharp edge and that did not feel too great.2.) since they are glass they are at a way higher likelihood of breaking and since this jewelry is so thick, if they break that could present a very dangerous situation for your ears and neck.3.) since they are glass, they weigh nothing. I purchased these with the intention of using them for continuing my stretching journey, but these have less weight than some standard 16g metal jewelry I've owned.Look at other included pictures if you want evidence of their weightlessness (because you could not pay me to put these things back in my ears after getting scratched by the glass edges). If you look at the other pictures included here, notice how the jewelry sits in the ear with zero resistance from the lobe. Weighted earrings pull down ever so slightly. That is the whole point in wearing weights, to stretch your ears more.I rated these as a three star for absolutely no other reason than they look cool lol

They do run a bit larger than the size ordered. I'll have to stretch a bit more to get into them. But I do love them.

I am stretched to a 0ga so I ordered a 0ga. This piece at its widest point wont go through my ear. I really love the design and would love to wear it but it just wont fit in my ear!! So now im back to the drawing board trying to find a unique piece for my ear.
