These are truly stunning earrings. They arrived in a lovely box, initially placed in a plastic bag (so if you're planning to gift them- open them and prep it first!), but I placed them in the box correctly for the photo. It really doesn't do the stone justice- the silver shines and the stone glitters. I love wearing them, but the one downside- which may prevent me from wearing them for a full evening- is that they feel very heavy to me. I am sensitive to that, but I will often wear dangles, it's just the way these hang + their weight are a little much for me. (That said, they really aren't terrible and if you're USED to wearing heaving earrings, you may feel that these are light.)
