I figured I would leave this review since there doesn't happen to be any for this item and I'd like to help out anybody interested in it. I recently purchased this for my mother who is a nurse as a Christmas present. It arrived fairly quickly. It seems to be of decent quality and it arrived exactly as described. The little Jewel box that it comes in is pretty basic and if I had any criticism it'd be nice if it was a little bit higher quality, however the necklace itself is very pretty and I highly recommend it to anybody interested in a gift for a female who happens to be a nurse or doctor.The necklace length is a little short so unless the person you're buying it for has a very small neck and they like their necklaces super close to their throat I'm not sure I could recommend this length. I'm probably going to end up buying one slightly longer. Overall this is not a knock on their product though because what I received is exactly as they described I just wasn't sure whether 18 inches was long enough or not because I'm inexperienced with buying jewelry and necklaces.Don't let the lack of reviews put you off from this item. I'm fairly satisfied. It's a pretty but inexpensive gift, looks good for day-to-day wear but you're not losing your life savings if you happen to lose it. Would recommend it.
