I got these earrings and matching necklace for my daughter. They look beautiful in person. Just the right amount of sparkle and of good size. The medallion on the necklace is bigger than the earrings. My daughter says she gets daily compliments on this set and she is super proud of the meaning behind it. These earrings are very well made and sterling silver which helps them from turning. They are smaller than they look, but are so pretty and dainty. The colors on the shell is gorgeous.

It's hard to capture in photographs how beautiful these earrings are. The sterling silver is highly polished, and from a distance the earrings might register as solid or only silver. At closer range, the iridescent abalone shell background and seven chakra stones reflect light and add color without overshadowing the lovely tree shape. They are large enough for details to be noticeable in a face to face conversation at the same time they are comfortably light to wear. As described in the listing, they arrived in a tasteful gift box that included a small polishing cloth. Even if the tree of life symbol weren't as significant as it is across many religious, spiritual, and cultural traditions, I think the attractive design of these earrings would appeal to many.

I do really like these earrings and they are good quality. They don't hurt my sensitive ears after a day of wear. But I gave them 3 stars because they are small and being able to see the tree and Ying Yang is really hard.
