Gorgeously made.I get LOTs of compliments.My father was really into cardnials an this is just beautiful for holding his ashes close to my heart.The funnel included got clogged twice while i was filling it...but the provided poke rod helped alot.It doesn't turn my skin colors wich was my biggest worry but, i am so glad that its real silver.Edit to update: STILL gorgeous and still has not turned me funny colors. I love this pendant! My only caution would be that getting the ashes into the pendant is very tedious. Be ready for it to take about 30 mins. The funnel did not work for me at all, so I had to use a pecan picker to guide the ashes into the hole. It was tough, but I finally got it filled. It is a beautiful, good quality pendant. I included a photo of the pecan picker to show what type of tool it is.
