I really like these. I used them in my ears (the smaller ones in the photo). They are tough to get on especially not really being able to see, so I’d recommend if you’re struggling getting them on have someone help you. But once they’re on, they look great, stay on, and they’re comfortable!

Ordered for earing studs because I've developed an allergy to every metal I have tried. Product arrived on time, nicely packaged, and exactly as described. It took some fiddling to get the posts through from the back, and to get the stud in the front once inserted - but that isn't a product flaw, just an expectation for a new style of jewelry. The studs are snug in the posts, and don't seem likely to fall out.The only issue I have is they are very long for earrings, causing them to constantly get caught in my hair in back, or sitting awkwardly away from my ears in the front. This comes as a result of not being able to adjust the earring by pushing the back on further to tighten them up. If you're considering this product as an earring, this is good to keep in mind!

These are a great product, best brand I've tried yet. The gems sparkle, and they don't fall out of the bioflex labret easily like some other brands I've tried. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because the little prongs that hold the gem in place can sometimes snag on my pillowcase because I wear them as a cartilage stud and am also a side sleeper. But if you are a back sleeper or don't wear it on your ear as a side sleeper I would highly recommend these. I just learned that for me I need a full encased gem with no prongs because of where I wear them and how I sleep. Notably even on the mornings when they have snagged a thread, it doesn't easily pull out the topper from the base, so I give it 5 stars for all the value/comfort and sturdiness. My past bioflex purchases the toppers fall out super easily for no reason at all.

These are so so cute but there is a seam on the flat back that feels sharp on the inside of my lip. Very irritating. Otherwise great fit and the gem fits snug and stays. Just gotta figure out how to smooth out the sharp bits so they're more comfortable.

They're amazing and the perfect size. I do recommend threading it through the back of your earring so it goes in easier especially if you wear regular 18g earrings!!

My favorite! This is my "go to" for all my facial piercing needs! ( I have both a labret & a monroe piercing, which i use these for specifically.) Which says a lot, bc I am constantly losing the gem side/screw side through during daily wear. I go through a ton of replacements bc I can NEVER find one after I lose it. Never. But I am very happy with this product and will continue to buy these for the foreseeable future!
