Over the last 10 years I've bought literally thousands of items from Amazon, from Mattresses to gun accessories, computer and electronic equipment, clothing and watches, BMW car parts, books -- and yes, even a few sex toys! Most purchases have been delightful, though once in a rare while I'm sent something that leaves me disappointed. This little watch repair tool kit falls into that category. It isn't the worst quality item I've ever bought here, but it's the clear winner of the "second worst item" award. The watchband link pin removal tool broke the very first time I tried to take out a link. The metal is so soft it bends under finger tightening, and the component parts are such a loose fit that the entire assembly falls apart in your hands. It's like buying a Quality Control reject from Dollar tree, and it's worse than worthless as someone's going to end up with a damaged watch.

Can in sealed package that was sealed and hard to get open…which was OK..but spring pins missing…had to order a 10.00 spring pin kit material is extremely soft ..will keep it because I was out of town and needed to replace a band. When I get the separate spring pin kit …would not recommend this kit
