I was worried that the beads on this bracelet would feel spiky but I can barely tell I'm wearing anything when I wear this bracelet. They don't poke at all. The wire on this one is thinner and more flexible than the average Alex + Ani bracelet, I'm guessing so that it will be easy to put on. The overall quality is good even if the thin metal makes it feel flimsier than I'm used to. It looks really good mixed and matched with their other bracelets.

3.5 stars for this one. I love the Alex and Ani brand. My problem with this bangle vs. all my others, including the one in my photo, currently being worn, it’s DEFINITELY, and obviously, quite a bit thinner. The longevity, I believe, WON’T be as good as the thicker ones, as I know thinner means a bit more flimsy & more easily being potentially ‘warpable’ aka bendable.If by odd chance I wind up wrong, I will return to update, but I’m quite a jewelry buff, so that’s been my experience with other jewelry before. On the flip side, this bangle IS gorgeous to look at. The brand does not disappoint in aesthetics. I’m just surprised that it’s thinner and costs a wee bit more then my other bangles, however, it still is a great value if it lasts.Again, I’d have to update, but the quality is there, thinner just IS thinner, but everything else is 110% on point, making it a bit trickier to rate, but I’m still happy with it, for now. I just feel like it will sooner bend and warp, but again, if I’m wrong, I shall return, but it is lovely & would make a nice gift. I enjoy the meanings behind the brand’s jewelry.I was stuck between 3 and 4 stars, so I went in the middle because right now it’s 👍. I’d rather round up to 4 then down to 3 at this point. This gives me future wiggle room to either rate up a star or down one or more, which hopefully, won’t happen. For now, it’s above average, but I’m unsure if it will meet my expectations over time, so it’s right between those two stars right now. Again, I’ll update.It’s very pretty! I have Alex & Ani bracelets and I sure hope this is not a trend in where the quality is going, because this was really thin. I was not sure if I would break the wire when I was expanding it to put it on. This isn't their normal style, which you can tell from the picture, but it's just such a departure in quality. Maybe it will hold up better than I think, because it doesn't seem sturdy/well made.
