How to remove watch links?
1. Adjust needle aim at the side hole
2. Stand the watch,use the tool provided to push the needle
3. Use a little hammer to knock the needle
4. Take off the watch link needle
5. Take off the watch link
6. Press out the band and reconnect it.

You'll definitely need to take the watch to a jeweler to size it or buy a resizing kit. The tool that comes with it isn't enough, BUT it's a beautiful watch and I'll happily spend $10 for a professional to size it properly for the price paid. Great quality.

Opened the watch and glanced at it but didn't wear it until 2 weeks later. Noticed that the second hand had fallen off, then after 2 days of wearing it, the watch stopped working. Too late to return. Very dissatisfied with manufacturer.

Update: October 7th, 2021I bought this watch in June, 2019. I wear it every day, it's been banged around a lot, seen many occasions where it got wet and it just keeps going. After 2 1/2 years the battery finally wore out. I put a replacement battery in it and I hope to get another 2 1/2 years out of it. Great watch. definitely worth it.Love the watch but with the dark color of wood it makes it hard to see the face of the watch to tell what time it is. Fits great. It's holding up well. Nice clasp on the band and it feels very secure. Very light weight but it's also very sturdy. Wish I would of ordered the lighter color instead but I still love the watch. I need to order some more for my family and friends.

I was very impressed with the low price and the great quality! I accidentally put my watch in the washing machine and I thought it would die, but to my amazement it began to work an hour or so later! One thing I found that wasn't so good about the watch was that it fit either too loose, or too tight for me. Other that that I was VERY HAPPY with the watch!
