In my case we needed to get the pins out to size the watch. You may need to get a good magnifying device to see the pins as they need to be driven out and it only goes in one direction without damaging the pins. If driven out correctly they look almost like a sewing needle on one end and a flat pin on the other. I needed to use a 10X magnifier to see the pins. The directions in my case were opposite of the printed directions. But it is easy to remove if you're pushing the pins the correct way. Thie night lighted dial and hands work great after exposing to sunlight for 20 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who would like a verry nice watch.

This is a visually beautiful watch! It looks very expensive and feels sturdy. The only 2 reasons I place it at four stars are that it is difficult to adjust the size, and apparently my wrist is between a links size. SO I either have to wear it as a bracelet or as a tight wristwatch. The metal clasp is sturdy and hidden on the inside of the band. Again though, if I wear it on the tighter side, the clasp digs into my skin. All that said, it is durable and beautiful, amd I believe well worth the price!

I got this in March and it's already dying or wearing out in July. I had the battery replaced and everything and it's still slowing down and won't keep time accurately

EDIT- ordered a replacement and it was even worse than the first one. Broke the first day I wore it.The watch was cute. It was too big for my wrist. I loved that they sent a tool to adjust the band but it didn’t work and the tool broke while trying to adjust it. Waiting on a replacement so I will update when I get it.

I like it and I wear it, but I sincerely do not believe that either the band or the case are ceramic. I am pretty certain they are plastic. I own other ceramic watches and they are MUCH heavier than this one, plus it just feels like plastic. I am keeping it as it is cure, very 'girly', and it was cheap, but....? NOTE: to open the band you really need to work a few times BEFORE you put it on your wrist. The 2 little clips very extremely tight. Look at the center back of the band where the links form a straight line - that is where it opens. Firmly hold on to one side including the silver bracing parts on the inside of the band, while pulling gently on the links only of the other side. Mine got easy after just a few times opening and closing it. Again, it is avery cute watch!

It is a such a beautiful watch! I love to wear it! It inspires me to keel my nails looking good so that when they look at my watch it’s appearance is not ruined by unkept nails. 🤗❤️

Was looking for a white watch for summer. My Isaac Mizrahi ceramic was getting beat up and losing crystals on the band. Did not want to spend much. This is great for work. Nurse who needs a watch. Get alot of compliments. Looks expensive, love the rosetone metal around the face of watch.

I would first like to say that I love the watch. It's very pretty. I could only give it 2 stars because I have spent and inordinate amount of time figuring out how to open the band to put it on and how to open the band again to take it off. A watch shouldn't be that complicated to put on and take off. I watched the video because apparently others are confused as well. The video makes it look much easier to do than it is. I missed the window of time to return it so I will keep it and wear occasionally.
