Arrived lightning speed and beautiful doesn't even begin to describe this intricate work of ART!The chain is simply beautiful and shiny and not too long. It is not too short either like a choker...it falls right in the middle.The pearl adds a precious touch to this necklace and inscription below is what made me purchase it from WRISTCHIE. I could have gotten it $2 cheaper but there was something about the presentation of this item. I am very pleased that I did.This present is for a mermaid lover and I can not wait to see the look on her face when she unwraps this treasure.It is as described by the other reviewers and I thank them for taking the time to do so and to upload photos and video.As the one reviewer mentioned, it really helps you decide wether to make the purchase when you see photos and videos from customers who have actually made the purchased. Sometimes the photos from the advertisers can be deceptive so thank goodness for Reviewers!I also plan on being as descriptive as I can to help others in their decision, however, I will not upload any photos or videos because other reviewers have done so already and again, I truly thank them for taking the time to do so.

Beautiful necklace! Whenever I buy jewelry online it makes me nervous that it may not be the best quality - but this necklace is lovely. The packaging is really nice as well - I'm going to wrap it up in the packaging and give it to my sister for her birthday! (She lives in Maui - I think it'll be perfect!). Only reason for 4 stars is because I myself haven't worn it, so I don't know how the silver plating will hold up, etc. just yet.

But I like it! I think if it is any bigger it will not be as elegant as it is meant to be. The pearl is definitely the statement focal point and it is not flat (the picture doesn't show that). It is a round pearl so the backside bulges out to accommodate the pearl shape. The hair actually meet up with the tail a lot more than what is perceived on the picture so from far away, it almost look like a teardrop setting with the pearl in the middle. People have to look closely to see that it is actually a mermaid. I think that is kind of cool. For the price I really did not expect a nice piece and for the chain of any substance. The chain is kind of thin but not as flimsy as I thought it is going to be and a nice link shape to match the delicate design of the pendant. The design is Art Noveau-ish. So overall the purchase is a 5 star and I would recommend it for others as an everyday piece that is a bit artsy and unusual. This is my 50th birthday jewelry piece for myself. We didn't want to make big deal about it but do want a little something to commemorate this life event. This fit the purpose perfectly!!

Chain is very thin. Clasp is tiny and difficult to fasten. Charm is cute. I will switch it to another chain.
