The cuff is high Quantity Metal, has a nice shine to it. I liked it enough I order a second one for my other wrist. It took a little tinkering to get them to fit(they will arrive bend tight).

Nice smooth gold finish. It looks exactly as pictured. My wrist is small, but I can be adjusted to fit. It doesn't travel up and down on my wrist, and is the perfect width - not too small, and not to large.
