(Really giving this 4.5 stars) The watch is gorgeous! It's really cool being able to see the working gears. BUT...it was a pain in the backside to take out a link to make it fit better. The tool that it came with to take out a link is cheap plastic and broke. We managed it but not easily. Of course a simple workaround is to take it to a jeweler, but at that point we were committed. (This is the sole reason for the 4.5 star review) Also, a minor thing, the ticking sound is very loud. Even sitting in my livingroom with the TV on, I can hear it. I'm sure after a few days of wearing it, it will become unnoticeable background noise so this isnt a huge deal for me. All in all, I love the watch and it was 100% worth the purchase.Edit: 2 weeks later, I've downgraded my review. I'm pretty consistent about winding the watch, even started doing it twice a day, and still the watch will randomly stop. The second hand will still be spinning and the gears turning but the minute/hour hands stop. Or sometimes the whole thing will just stop. No rhyme or reason that I can find.

I didn't like the white band on this, so I got a nice brown leather one. It looks beautiful, and I enjoy watching all of the motion. Only drawback is that you have to keep it moving. It stops after about 8 hours, so I end up re-setting it every day.

Beautiful watch! Don’t forget to wind it when you get it. I woke up and it had stopped. I forgot it doesn’t have a battery and needed to be wound. My fault. It’s a little bit big but I work for a jeweler so it’s nothing to get a link or two taken off. Loving this watch.

This is my all time favorite purchase. This watch isn’t too bulky and it’s very elegant! I have received so many compliments. The fact that there is no battery is so great! You have to wind daily.
