UPDATED REVIEW (November 2016): After owning this watch for a little over a year, it started losing time. I assumed the battery was dying. When it stopped working altogether, I took it to a jeweler for a new battery. They said it was not the battery and they could not get it working. They suspect it needs a new movement and quoted me around $100 for that. I didn't even pay $100 for the watch! Fortunately, my watch is still covered by Stuhrling's 2-year warranty so I sent it back to them. With the $20 I was required to pay them for the return shipping, plus the $10 insured shipping to send it, it cost me $30 to do this, which is a little frustrating since that's more than 30% of what I paid for the watch a little more than a year ago. I hope this isn't indicative of the overall quality of Stuhrling watches, since my husband and son also each own one.In my original review, I had mentioned the band is very shiny. It is prone to scratching easily, even though this isn't my primary watch I wear. The Citizen watch I've had for five years and wear 90% of the time is in much better condition than my Stuhrling band.ORIGINAL REVIEW (August 2015): I bought this without seeing it in person and I may not have purchased it if I had. I love the face of it, but the band looks and feels cheap. The band is a pretty thin weight and the gold part is very shiny, which makes it look cheap. There were some reviews about it being difficult to size for a small wrist. I have a very small wrist and was able to size it down with one link left on each side.
