This is a very classy looking watch and you can really see the quality. I love the size of the watch face and band. It looks very feminime with the diamonds, blue hands and very shiny band, but not too dainty, making it suitable for dress or casual clothing. Very easy to read too. Very pleased!

I purchased this watch in February, it stopped working by May. I wrote to Royal Shopping twice seeking resolution but never received a response. The watch was beautiful and I was hoping to have it replaced or repaired. The low rating is due to both the quality of the product but more importantly the lack of response and poor customer service from Royal Shopping.

The watch band fell off after 2 months. Took it to multiple places to get it fixed and the pin kept falling out right by the watch head. Noticed one hole was way bigger on the right side than the left. This watch is useless! I should have realized since this watch was more than 50% off. DO NOT BUY!

Beautiful watch! The blue hands are not as vibrant as they look online - I wish they were. I have a small wrist so I will have to have some links taken out. I love the mother of pearl face.

Purchased this watch as a Christmas gift December 2014. The face of the watch is now loose and moving. Bulova claims to have a 3 year warranty, so hopefully they will make this right.
