Great watch for the price! Beautiful, and Timex watches keep very accurate time.

I love Times watches and this one is beautiful with the two tone metals. It was easy to adjust the bands myself to make it smaller. The bad was huge. It will be the perfect everyday watch. What I like most is that it’s an indiglo which I have a few of those and it’s helpful when you need to see the time at night.I may buy one for my mother in law since the band is pretty long. I know this will fit her.Highly recommend !

Looks nicer in person than in the pictures imo (model T25771). However, I think if a person has any pain or lack of mobility with thumb and first finger they may have a little trouble opening the latch of the bracelet-style band. NOTE: it is NOT an expansion band although it looks as if it might be and came up in my search for expansion band watches. The instructions that came with it are poor to non-existent. Nothing about how to set time or date, shorten the band, or change the battery. They just say take it to a jeweler- fine if you have one in the area that does these things, and you don't mind paying the extra. The back of the case at least tells you it takes a CR1216 battery- that is a little flat button 3V battery commonly found where I am. The date is ridiculous- this is an easy-reader type of watch which usually means you need slightly larger clear numbers - the date is tiny within the space the numeral 3 should be, so a lot of people will not be able to read it. It also has to be manually reset for every month less than 31 days- quite a nuisance, although once you learn how to do it, you can do it yourself-- if you can hold the watch and have a real or artificial "3rd hard" to hold the magnifying glass so you can see the numbers under good lighting while turning the tiny knob. It just is not worth it to me and I think the watch would look nicer without that little square hole where the 3 should be- so imo Timex ought to dispense with it and give us a few cents price break instead while having a less annoying, better looking product. That said, the good part is that I am hoping this nice looking but sturdy seeming watch will be as good as the similar ones I have had- such as the T2H381 which is also sold here- it is a 2-tone so-called "bracelet" watch which actually DOES have an expansion band and does tell you how to set date but still has all the other same drawbacks about the date) I have had for many, many years, through at least 3 battery changes now, and they do last a few years, although using the indiglo feature really eats batteries- I suggest not using it if you don't really need to, although it is nice when you do need it- usually the watch can run fine for several months after the indiglo stops working due to battery getting old, in my experience. I e to use Timex watches- I kill all LCD digital watches, and even other brands of analog watches in no time-any I ever tried would act goofy and die in short order. I say it is my electric personality as I get shocked all the time just touching things- like the shelves in a store. I also take gold plating off things- but not off these watches. All my life I have done fine with an analog Timex, and I do plenty of outside work with them. I liked that this new one is supposed to be rated for a bit more water resistance, than the old model, in case I am getting splashed while working with irrigation or cleaning gutters, although the old one has managed to live through years of all that. I think both styles look fine to wear out socially or to an office job, also, and they both have a second hand if you work in medical. The only reason I ordered this one was that my old one once again needed the battery replaced and this time I was having trouble getting the back of the case opened- since it was old and a little scratched or worn due to rubbing here and there, after some 20+ years, and I wondered if I might crack the lens before I got the battery changed and the back cover on again so when I saw a good deal on this style that I liked, I ordered it- and then I was finely able to get the back case cover off and the battery changed without damaging anything. Of course, right?Just get rid of the silly date box and do better on instructions and I'd give it more than 5 stars

I’ve been wearing this exact watch for years! I couldn’t find a new one when I thought I was going to have to replace it. All the Timex watches had gone to the elastic bracelet style which doesn’t work for me. I like my watch to move on my wrist. Was thrilled to find this one!! I have it stashed when my current one finally gives up. I absolutely love the indiglo nightlight!!! There are so many times you need to check the time and there’s not enough light. You do have to worry about water getting on it. I’ve even washed dishes with it on. Can’t say enough about how much I love this watch! Great Value too.

I purchased this watch in February of this year. I am a plus, plus size woman & being able to wear a watch without having to have extra links installed is unusual. But I was able to wear this watch straight out of the box.I like the look of the watch & the way it fits. It keeps time as it should - it doesn't pick time up or lose time. There is 1 thing I will mention though. Whatever it is about my body chemistry interferes with the date feature(s) of any brand I wear except Bulova & I ain't spending that much money just to have the convenience of wearing a watch that stands up to my body chemistry! That being explained, I cannot honestly address whether or not the date feature is a design or quality or wearer issue or if it is even an issue. Like I stated earlier, I expect the date function to stop within 10 days of putting the watch on because that is what it is.The description plainly states that this watch is not suited to prolonged exposure to water a.k.a. bathing, washing dishing, swimming & activities such as these. So I have not done that. If &/or when I need a watch like that, I will spend the money on one.I have worn the watch when washing &/or scrubbing veggies, rinsing dishes, hand washing & activities like that and it is still keeping time. I bang it & bump it on a daily basis and it hasn't skipped a beat! So it is standing up to the way I live life. :-DMy absolute favorite feature is the band. Like I said before, I was able to wear it straight out of the box! That being said, the majority who purchase the watch will need to plan on having links removed.Would I buy this again? Would I gift it? Would I recommend it? In a New York minute!

Love this watch. Easy to read. Looks great. Band's a tad cheap, but it will do. Purchased at a great price, open boxed,"as new", and it was!
