I wanted something dainty that had a quiet second hand, and it fits the bill. While the silver background makes it look dressier, it does make it harder to read the time than a white background would. I love that it has the date, but it is hard to read, 1st because it’s small, but 2nd because it’s a little at an angle - but you can read it and it’s worth having that option. Overall I recommend this watch.

Simple classic watch,it states this watch band width is 12mm, but it is 14mm. I replaced the leather band for a stainless steel expansion band, only for personal reasons, nothing was wrong with the leather band. Came fast, was packaged well. Thank You.

Second hand, minute hand & hour hand are all difficult to see they all blend the same color.

Beware, the watch face is silver toned, not white. I was expecting a clean looking dial but was disappointed when I didn't get one. Item returned.
