This band is very attractive looking and appears to be well made. For the price, it's an excellent value considering that you could spend $75 or more on a band that looks very similar (but you'd be getting real alligator for that price). I do have a couple of minor complaints, though:* It's supposed to be 13mm and it's marked that way, and, because it's leather, you can squeeze it into a 13mm watch, but it really measures 14mm. I'm not mistaken about this - I've replaced enough leather bands to know what a correct fit is supposed to be. But it's acceptable and looks very good.* Unlike every other watchband I've ever bought, this one didn't come with new pins. Maybe I got a returned item that was missing the pins. Fortunately, the old ones were still in good enough condition that it wasn't a problem. But this could be a problem if, for example, you have only a watch body and no band at all. Or if the old pins aren't usable for some reason. Since I didn't have a problem, I decided not to return it. But I would've. So the question is: is this supposed to come with pins or not? As I said, I've never bought a band that didn't come with pins.* As someone who reviewed a different Hadley-Roma band noted, the Regular length is on the short side of regular. It just fits my wife's wrist, and she'd by no means large-wristed. Again, if it didn't work out, I'd have returned it. But beware of this and order a Long if you're in doubt.After all that complaining, I should probably give it only three stars. And someone who runs into one of the problems that I've described might well give it less than that. But I can't complain too much. It looks great and the price was right ($11.99). That said, I alluded to another inexpensive band that I felt was a better value: it was by Voguestrap. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for on Amazon this time: black, gold color buckle, stitched, alligator grain, 13mm.
