As the image of this product showed it was supposed to have a black face with silver detailing. When it arrived it was the same model but had a white face and silver detailing. I prefer the white which is why i didn't return it. However i do not think it is right that they sent something that i did not pay for.I have an extremely small wrist (child sized though i am not a child), so i was so happy to see that the strap had many notches and I did not need to make an extra hole. The face is small and delicate which is exactly what i was looking for. For the size of my wrist, this watch is perfect, it is the opposite of bulky. I also have this same model in gold.

I truly like this watch! It fits my wrist perfectly. It is the most comfortable watch I own. You can dress it up or down. I like the small case size and the band is high quality leather. Time has been perfect since purchase, unlike some of cheaper watches I own, to kick around in, that will lose minutes per day.

I loved this watch, until...I was traveling between time zones and needed to wind to my new time zone. The pin came loose and could not be refit and I could not change the time. I got the pin fixed at a timepiece store where they fixed it for free, it took them two minutes. Then it happened again on my return to my original time zone. Then when daylight savings began, and I went to change the time, it happened again. The local watch repair shop wanted $20 to fix it, that's more than I paid for the watch itself. Since I really liked the watch - perefect size for my small wrist, silver-tone hardware, and it was gonna be cheaper to replace than to repair, I hoped it was just a lemon, and I ordered a new one. Guess what? Yep, it happened again. So I'm done with this watch. Very disappointed in Casio.

Amazon's size of the diameter is inaccurate, but this time it's for the better since it's for my daughter! Second time the description of the case diameter is wrong though! That's why I gave it 4 stars, not 5!
