The aquamarine CZ in this pendant necklace is formed beautifully to reflect the light. The sterling silver "knot" surrounding it is set with many diamond-like gems that are a perfect complement. The chain is very fine though and may be a problem for "grandma" to open and close the clasp. It does come in a simple gift box, however it is not mounted. For the price point of this necklace, I was surprised that the pendant was loose in the gift box in a small plastic bag and ditto for the chain. In my opinion, the price indicates there would be more care in its presentation. Alas, I had to rate it 4 stars.
