One of the worst purchases I have ever made. The ring is nothing like the picture. The initials are not what it looked like when I choose them and the ring is so thin that if I wanted to size it I would not risk doing so. I ordered size 9.5 but it fit like size 9. It does not have the wow factor so I refuse to give it to my adult daughter for I know she would not like it. Not happy with the item received,

Love the fit and comfort of the ring, but there was a problem with the monogram. I tried to contact the company but they totally shut me down. Pass on this item. Work with a reputable jeweler for monogramming.

Not only did this item take longer to ship than was advertised, but when I received it, the monogram was messed up and they don’t allow for returns or replacement. It is also not real silver. You get what you pay for (or less in this case). Total rip off.

I got this as a gift for my best friend with her new married initials, and I was so disappointed. The monogram was so light you can’t even see the initials. Tried to contact the seller to see if I could send it back to get the monogram etched darker and I can’t get anyone to contact me back. The image they have on the site is extremely misleading. What a waste of money. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Middle letter should have been bigger as shown and is not. So now, my ring has my last initial is the same size as rest. Disappointed
