The bracelet itself is okay. There is more of a hammered appearance than is evident in the photo. The metal is definitely thin and the construction seems fragile. If you caught it on a coat sleeve it feels like it could very easily be bent well out of shape. I don't have the knowledge to tell from just looking at it whether it is truly rose gold plated copper, but it looks as if it certainly could be - there was no literature in the box that makes any claims about it's authenticity though. However, what truly angered me and caused me to return it was the packaging. It was intended for a birthday gift, but the box it was packaged in was completely crushed AND torn along one side! And someone willfully packed and shipped it out that way, because it came in a large box with two other small items; the shipping box was completely intact and undamaged, as were all of the other items.

I used this as a corsage base for my son's formal date and it was beautiful! Not sure how long the finish will last, but it looks great.

Looks nice in person to the eye, but is a bit small. My sister has thin arms and this rather pinched her inner arm side and was hard to bend to fit proper. If you plan to wear this ooonnnccceeeee in a great while then ok, but every day in the summer for fashion forward thinking, wont be comfortable
