It has an elastic ban so you don't have to use the clasp. However, the clasp does not close tight it works its way open so the bracelet constantly falls off. I managed to fox the problem with some teflon tape. But, why should I have to do that?

Nice looking and good fit for me even with my large wrist. Easy on and off with the stretch bracelet that holds the beads.
