I love the surgical steel- most jewelry makes me itchy and irritated, and the last septum ring I tried that was labeled "surgical steel" turned my nose green and swollen and getting it out was like ripping my septum open. This one is awesome. No swelling, no irritation, plus it is small enough that it doesn't make me look like I'm carrying a giant ring in my face. I love the fact that the actual bar is long enough to twist out so you can remove it easily, but strong enough to keep your ring in without having to worry about it falling out. I would definitely buy this again, it's very worth the money.

Great product! It looks really nice and is a great size for my nose. It doesn't irritate my nose or stain my skin any colors so the quality can't be too bad.
