I absolutely love the shape and how shiny it looks. Fits perfectly and people always complement it. Beautiful design and quality material. The edges can be a bit pointy but that’s what makes the design and it’s really attention grabbing and flattering. Love it!

UPDATE: 1) The ring is sharp; it gave me a scar when I bumped my knuckle and the pointy part gouged my finger. :( 2) The gold is starting to rub off a little after a couple of months of regular wearing. It's still pretty, but I'm going to dock one star for those things.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This is a very pretty ring that is both classic and a bit unique. I chose it because it looked like it could have Christian symbolism (looks like the Crown of Thorns worn by Jesus, at least to my eyes!), but it is pretty for anyone. It comes in a little bag, ready to present as a gift. It would look nice stacked or combined with other gold-colored rings on other fingers, too.

Initially I liked the simple design of the ring. It would go with everything. But after trying for a couple of days to wear it, it just is not comfortable. The pattern while not sharp in the edges are pokey. That gets uncomfortable after a short wear and every movement creates a jabbing effect with the ring. And it is not like you can turn it while you work and then when out and about or resting turn the uncomfortable side back around. Nope, it's uncomfortable all the way around.But the stamping for the silver is clear and easy to read on the inside of the band. Typically, 18k has a brighter gold tone to it and this for sure has a bright yellow gold feel to it. Almost an unnatural feel to it. When I compared it to the solid 18k bands that I have this was brighter and yellower which I can chalk up to being clean and new.I think it is a neat ring and has a certain appeal to it. It is decently made. I don't find it comfortable. I have long fingers. I asked my daughter what she thought, she has very short fingers. She found it even more uncomfortable than I did.This will solely be down to personal preference for comfort and what you like and can tolerate. The materials aren't terrible. But I don't think they are great either. If you like it, sweet. It just turned out it's not my kind of bling.

Happy with purchase. This is a sturdy plated 18kt (over 925 sterling) quality ring. It's minimalist yet still makes a statement. Ring will not bend under pressure like some other thinner rings. It looks nice in person and is comfortable to wear. Very shiny and unique design. I like the X design, it is what I call a Kiss ring. As in the "X" in xo (kiss, hug). My concerns that the points may be too sharp for comfortable wearing did not come to be. Ring hasn't had a problem with snagging clothing because the polish on the ring's edges are smooth to touch. I bought to wear on my index finger but also like wearing it on my thumb. Comes with its own pouch, so would be a nice gift.

This thing is wider than it looks in the picture, which makes it very uncomfortable to wear as the points dig into the backside of your finger whenever you bend it. I can’t even wear it without being in pain.

Unfortunately though the design is super cute it is very uncomfortable. I tried wearing it over a few days thinking I could wear it in or get used to it, but the pointy edges dig in to your skin and makes it painful. I also did not like the color- it's too yellow to the point where it looks fake.

I'm happy to have stumbled across this ring, I wanted a fun gold ring but most of them tarnish so quickly on me, or the plating comes off. So far I've been wearing this non stop for a couple weeks and it's holding up perfectly, still as good as new. Part of that is that it's solid sterling underneath and it is stamped s925. It looks really great on, I love the style! Definitely a nice quality piece at a right price.

I like how this looks, but the pointiness is a bit much. I can't wear it out dancing because I stab people if they grab my hand. It's up to you if that's a good thing, but I typically like my partners. The design makes this quite grippy, so you have to size up or you're lubing up your finger to get it on and off. It's big, so it's not stackable.
