I purchased this necklace for a specific purpose--to replace another red bead necklace that I wore with a lot of my outfits (it was getting old and the color was flaking off the acrylic beads). I thought this one looked the most like the necklace I wanted to replace, and when it arrived I found that I wasn't wrong. The color is spot-on, and the beads are heavier than acrylics, so they feel more like pearls. Only criticism I have is that the cord is knotted tightly, so the necklace is a bit stiff, but still perfectly fine to wear. Maybe it will loosen up over time, I'll just wait and see.
