I got this to wear at my waist over loose dresses. Right now it is priced at 15 dollars. I wouldn't find it a great value over that but I think it is a great value as it is. It is adjustable. Shiny. I recommend. I'm 5'9, 107lbs.

It's cute in person and not so Western it can't be versatile & used with other styles. The chain is long enough that it fit around my waist with a bit left over.
