*update: The seller sent me a new necklace at no cost within a couple days, no questions asked. Excellent service, great to work with, would order from them again. Great value for the price.*Very cute necklace for price but not packed well for shipping. Bought for my daughter for her birthday as a “big girl” necklace and the chain was so tangled, my husband couldn’t get it undone. The chain ended up breaking. Definitely worth the price but the chain needs to be put in a little baggy or taped to the box to avoid tangling. Any jewelry company should know that. This ruined what I thought would be a cute “big girl” memory for my daughter, as I have to send it back and get another one.

For the price it is good... The only thing is the chain could be smoother your hair really gets stuck in it when you wear it. Wearing it with hair up only :(

I like the necklace for the price. however when I got the necklace it was all tangled up which was very frustrating bc when I got it all I wanted to do was put it on but I couldn’t. also in the front of the necklace the J Was very small and there were weird bumps on it. still good for price
