The first one I received broke. I returned it and got a replacement. The 2nd one came with a very nice black bag with a magnetic latch for safe keeping. The 2nd one is just a BEAUTIFUL as the 1st one, just the 2nd one works soooo much Better! Thank you for the Awesome Customer Service! Kudos! :-)

The product is very much like the picture, but some of the pink jewels are cloudy. It is also slightly bigger than expected (from the picture) - so pay attention to dimensions. Overall, pretty brooch.
