I honestly can't say anything negative about this watch winder. It is beautiful and very quiet. I don't hear any noise at all. I have it in my office because I don't have room on my bedside vanity. I have the winder set on level 4 which works perfectly for my Rolex. I had previously ordered an inexpensive Triple Tree and it didnt keep my watch wound ever no matter what level I had it set on. I highly recommentd this watch winder and it would make a beautiful gift. Some reviews talk about the sixe but it doesnt bother me as long as it does the job and boy does it ever!

It says: Japanese Silent Motor LELTNSOU automatic watch winder adopts low acoustical noise Japanese motor to rotate your watches.But they are not as quiet as I would hope. They make noise, not so much you can't sleep with it but enough. It is more compact that the one I am replacing and a nicer unit overall. I like the on/off with the door. The one I got has a lock and not the fingerprint opener which after reading the review I am glad I did not get.

Case and watch holders are nice. However it does not keep moving enough. Have to manually turn it on twice a day.2 month Update- Now the LEDs at the top have all burnt out and it is pretty much just a fancy watch holder at this point. Do not buy!!

Emailed Seller several times through AMAZON Channels and received no response. Unit is not working as designed. When door is opened, will not stop rotating even though switch in correct position. Shame as nice unit ... but no Support is a NO-GO at this price point !

The watch winder came with such minimal instructions. The pamphlet didn’t even address everything. If you don’t put the watch holders in correctly, you will hear a rubbing noise. Is it worth the price? We’ll see how long it will work.
