The media could not be loaded.  In 2-1/2 years it has broken three times! I've replaced two motors and now it just doesn't work anymore at all. Too expensive for all the failures.Update 2: The seller is very professional and very concerned with ensuring my satisfaction. They offered several options to remedy the failure and since I am blessed with the ability to fix nearly anything, I opted to have replacement motors sent to me to install myself. They arrived about 10 days later! Very happy!Update: It has been a year and 1 motor failed totally and another is failing, turning at half speed. I have messaged the seller through Amazon and will update upon their response.The exterior pine bark finish has a beautiful mirror finish and is flawless. The memory foam "pillows" are provided in two sizes and are very good quality. Customizable settings including momentary rotation stop when the display door is opened. The rotation is seriously "whisper" quiet lending to the piece being as good as it looks. There is an option to turn on blue LED lighting, which is a tad bright (as some have mentioned) however, that is easily filtered by paper, tint film or other means of reducing the light lens transparency. This is the third winder I have purchased and so far is the best! "Third time's a charm"! The hinges, locking mechanism and key are of great quality as well. Highly recommended!

The watch winder has been overall a very good purchase. We had ordered a Plano black case, but the case that we received was a dark mahogany color (pine). The overall look was still very good and dark enough that we kept the case. The case construction is excellent, glass is well mounted, watch winders are sturdy, and the hinges are strong. The watch pillows are a somewhat rubber-like material, which we like much better than the cloth or felt covered pillows we’ve used before. There were 8 for men's watches and 8 for women's watches which is nice since we both have automatic watches. The watches are held well, but without strain on the bands. They do not wiggle when the motors are turning. The case displays the watches well. The motors are very quiet. There are four different turning modes, with very good instructions in the manual as to which to use, depending on the watches you have. There are two motors - each controls two rotors, holding a total four watches. The motors can be adjusted separately. The motors cycle off and on quietly also. The wrong color case is likely an Amazon inventory problem. They actually changed our order - we ordered and Amazon acknowledged the black case but the delivery paper work said they were delivering wood grain(pine).

I recently purchased a JINS & VICO watch winder from Amazon.com. The watch winder has spaces for 8 watches and LED illumination with a high quality carbon fiber exterior and very quiet motors. The winder has a compact design and a premium appearance. It is very quiet and my watches of varying sizes fit securely on the pillows. This winder represents very good value for money.

Looks good but…Got this at Christmas for my husband. The bottom left holder is super loose (flopping around while spinning causing the watches to hit the cabinet and stop spinning.So while we like the looks it did not even last 6months. Very disappointing!

***Updated 9/1/2021***Wow, great customer support. Upon hearing my issues with my unit the company reached out and sent me a completely new winder and it's here sitting on my desk winding away perfectly. I hope this lasts longer but I can say the customer service experience will last a long time. Really impressed. Thank you folks for taking care of the issue!This will work nicely, albeit noisy, for a while but before the warranty was up I noticed it "ticking" on one of the winders and I assumed it had always done this and didn't think twice. Next that particular winder just stopped rotating entirely and one by one all for if the winders did the same failure dance. there is no way to access the controls, it's glued in and cheap. You definitely get what you pay for. Just make one yourself.

While it looks nice, it's a lot louder than my previous winders. One of the motors came loose and needed to be opened and screwed back into new holes. I should've dropped extra money into a higher quality winder. Had high hopes, but didn't live up to expectations...

The media could not be loaded.  I had ordered a Wolf Winder in Rolex British Green for 10x the price. When they canceled my order (not in stock, no idea when they would have more) I came to Amazon and found this winder for 1/10th the price. In stock - cheap - gets my order. Have had it now for awhile and it works great - quiet, keeps watches running, has many flexible settings. Yup - It's a great deal!

This unit is higher priced because of the CF finish, but if you look for 8 watch winders in a space concious setup, there are not many options and this is priced in line with the others. Comes with 2 sets of pillows to make sure your watches are secure, and runs without issue or excess noise. Winders don't all seem to run at the same rate, and is obviously not the highest quality unit, but the finish makes up for it, and it works great for me as I store mine in a closet shelf, and 90% of all units open vertically, needed over a foot and a half of room just to open the lid. This one takes up the footprint described, and fits great in a small space
