I didn’t have any of the problems other users have described. It came with all parts and is a good quality product. I was able to open my watch and replace a battery within a few minutes. The vice held the case in place and the tool opened the case with ease and did not scratch or scuff the casing. Very pleased and for the price well worth it.

I gave this four stars because it is as advertised. But it didn't open my watch. Another more expensive tool I bought didn't open it either. It seems to be too tight for anything to open it.Because of its shape, you don't get a lot of leverage when you're turning it.The holder part works really well.

I like these 2 lil items here. They do exactly what it is supposed to do. One locks the watch down in place for no movement the other gives you a nice grip on a watch that you have to twist to loosen. Both of them adjust so no worries about will you watch fit and will it adjust to the back to twist off without messing it up.

First, I just wanted to give a try to replace watch battery by myself instead of going to the mall . I decided to buy the cheap one made in China and just in case it wouldn't work I throw it away . However, this item is not so cheap like the other item made in China. It's not so good material as the other one made in Western countries but it work as my expectation. I'm rating it 5 stars

This appears to be a well-made tool, but in the end, it would NOT open my watch, scratched the back in two places, and I had to take the watch to a shop anyway. I am skilled at working with hands tools of this type but this thing would not get the job done.A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I gave it one-star to help offset all the positive reports. I do not believe all of these people were able to get this device to work perfectly enough so as to give a five-star review.

A small tool that easily can unscrew the back of my Bertucci watch 🙏 the square little block holds the watch steady enabling a good grasp of watch rather than holding it in your other hand 👍
