This band is very easy to attach and adjust. It stays in place and does not come open. The holes allow for air cooling so that my wrst does not get sweary or irritated. I highly recommend this band.

Might be fine if all you do is wear it to the office but if you’re even moderately active, not going to hold up. This is my second one - first one broke after 3 months but I liked the look enough to gamble on it again. Had this one for a few weeks and it has already fallen off/apart several times - even just reaching into the pockets of my gym shorts. Won’t buy again (serious this time)
