I've had to take links out of my watches my whole life. Sometimes somebody at the store can do it. Usually there is nobody around in the store who knows how--it's always a hassle. Now I can do it myself!! So glad I stumbled on this amazing gadget. Instructions are hopelessly vague and unhelpful but I figured it out. It works so well that it's almost shocking.

It's plastic and feels cheap but it did the job quick and painlessly. I just needed to remove some pieces of my watch and it was quick and easy to use!

It works, but if you don’t have everything lined up perfectly, it bends and breaks. They do include extra parts for this reason, but I went through several on my first attempt. Once you get the hang of it, it goes well. Order a more durable one if you’ll use it regularly. I just needed it for one watch adjustment, so it was fine.

I bought this item to adjust my watch bracelets because I was tired of paying 20 bucks going to the jeweler. So for me, it was a good investment and very easy to use. Would recommend.

I was able to adjust my Bulova watchband with a lot of care (and you tubes) but the feel of this unit is very lightweight and cheap. But I suspect most of us may only use it once or twice and then store in some unknown cupboard or just throw away. Still a lot cheaper than a jeweler. Do not feel bad if you bend one of their driving pins...went through one and then got a magnifying glass to help avoid a repeat. If you are not spot on, the buggers will bend like a cheap coat hanger!

This thing is junk. Very flimsy and the first pin I tried to push out of my watch band the pin bent and would not push through. I changed it out and the second one bent as well.I can not recommend purchasing this item. Good thing it was only $6.89.

I had no idea what to do so I watched YouTube videos. This product worked just fine, though I did need a small rubber mallet.
