It plain out and out does not work. The pins are not changeable so all you can try and do is open any cases that have round holes. It also does not hold in place once you have spun the wheel snug to the notches. I tried 5 different watches that are too small for my JAXA opener and this could not do it.I have returned it and do not recommend it at all.

Loose, pins move all over the place and won't lock solid causing them to slip out and scratch the watch case. Just another poorly made piece of junk.
