I was so excited to get this necklace, it is beautiful... but unfortunately the clasp broke my very first time I tried it on. I would order a replacement but with the clasp being this easy to break it makes the quality questionable.

Bought 1, the clasp broke. Ordered a replacement. The clasp broke on that one. Ordered another, the clasp broke. Ordered a replacement, the clasp broke. Absolutely the worst jewelry I have EVER purchased!!! This was a birthday gift, so now I have to either buy a new clasp or a different chain, altogether. What a total waste of time and money!!! Do not purchase from this company!

When I first got it I was very impressed. Wore it three days in a row and when I took it off the last day the clasp blew apart. Couldn’t make it work anyway I tried. Customer service is sending me a replacement but I have to send the broken one back. Knew it was cheaper chain, but I was hoping to get more than 3 wears out of it.UPDATE: Got my new replacement in the mail. Opened box to see the chain clasp broken still in the bag

Bought this for a gift for our son to receive on Christmas. Luckily I checked it before wrapping. I noticed that the clasp was broken I did reorder another one so we shall see if it was just that one or not.
