I loved the hand, it looked very graceful and would have made my photos look nice, BUT! Both times, it arrived broken! Barely protected in packaging (first time simply placed in an bubble-wrapped envelope), it's so not surprising. Whoever is in charge of packaging needs to realize the poor handling is costing sales. That's too bad, it was a good product.
