I’ve gone thru a lot of the plastic balled ones not the sparkly ones. Many in one day. I will put it in and put the ball in and the ball will break apart not long after screwing it on. And the balls come off both ends unlike usual piercings where only one side comes undone. I ordered them a year ago and used up all my sparkly ones and other all metal ones I’ve bought cus after I use it once and change it I put them in a bag and never use them again. But today I had to use the plastic or acrylic balls whatever and have had to put a new one in 3x just today

I absolutely LOVE the many different colors, what I don't like is how easy it for the balls to break.

I have only worn it for 3 days and the plastic balls broke already. Don't waste your money on this item.
