This is simply a top notch watch display box. Very high quality in every aspect and the charcoal finish and brushed metal logo accents are striking. I've been looking for a nice display box to store my watches and Volta does not disappoint! The only reason this didn't 5 stars is the watch slots and box are not designed to accomodate larger watches (i.e. like the Invictas I own). I found that stagering the large Invictas between the smaller/normal mens watches helps. I know Invicta makes watch storage boxes but nothing with any elegance.

Buying a nice watch case isn't easy. There's a lot of junk made of pressed fiber board and nasty leather with interiors that are neither welcoming nor luxurious. The Volta box is none of this. It looks and FEELS substantial. Even the outer presentation box for the case is classy. The woodwork is beautiful and the metal accents are a nice touch. I love the hidden-hinge design and how the lid rests on a glass (plexi?) border. The exhibition top is also nicely done and chamfered. On the downside, it has no locking mechanism but what cost this product 5 stars was the interior. It's not leather--it is a rubbery, leatherette material. It is soft and neatly finished, however. Overall, a great box that will house my timepieces for years.
