The gold sandstone looks like the real deal, I cannot say for sure but by looking at the photos of others sold and graded on other sites I think this could be legit. The stainless steel necklace is going to last a long time when taken care of properly. Wipe down with a soft damp or dry cloth after each use to help remove the oils from the skin. This can be hand-washed with mild soap, water, and a soft toothbrush, scrub, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth when it is looking dirty. Store away from moisture like the bathroom or window sill in a jewelry bag or box when not in use. Remove before applying perfume, body spray, cologne, lotion, sunblock, hair spray, or insect repellent, or before working out, swimming, and bathing to avoid harming the stone and the metal.The quality you get is quite decent though others may say cheap, well you can buy a new chain of your metal of choice sold separately if you so choose. I have gotten so-called pendant stones in the past that weren't, they were made of plastic. This appears to be an actual rock that has been polished and I think it's quite nice looking and attractive although I didn't use the included necklace because it wouldn't fit around my neck. But I had my own chain and I put it on it and I like the effect it gives me it seems to be calming. And I felt confident while wearing it.

This is pretty. The stone is nice sized and polished well. The metal is highly polished as well and shines all around.The chain is thick and should hold up well.My only complaint is that there is some glue that slopped up on the metal on one side. I may be able to carefully scrape it off. Might damage it tho.Otherwise its nice.

This pendant and chain arrived in a decent quality velveteen pouch enclosed in plastic and in giftable condition. The stone feels like lava rock and there is nothing to indicate that it is not. The stone is set well. I have a bias towards silver, so this stainless steel chain feels a little chunky to me but it is exactly as described. The clasps and chain itself seem well-made and very durable. This looks as good in person as in the photos and I have no reservations about recommending this.
