This is a terrific jewelry box. I needed a place for my growing earring collection, my watches, and my brooches. This is perfect. The outside looks very classic, the drawers are easy to pull, and the material inside is soft. This is one of the best purchases I've made in the last year.I don't have many necklaces. In fact, I only have one. It's a sterling silver chain that I was easily able to put in the top of the jewelry box.I put anti-tarnish strips in all of the boxes, because sterling silver tarnishes--it's just a fact. I've had no problems with my earrings or anything else tarnishing since I've put them in the jewelry box.

I admittedly spent way too long looking for a jewelry box I liked. I ordered two different ones and this one was far superior. It's incredibly spacious and well made, and also came packaged very well. The insert to hold watches is removable and I use that area to store larger necklaces. I was worried it would be too big for my needs but it ended up being just right. My only complaint is the lack of variety for color choices, but the grey ended up being super pretty
