This is very unique. It's a solid medal with a nice chain. It comes in a nice gift box together with a polishing cloth, which is a nice touch. The chain isn't light but not heavy either - it's a nice weight chain. If you're looking for something nice that's unique, this is it.

This handsome and very cool ankh is intricately decorated with a winged scarab, the eye of Horus, what I believe is an asp, a few art deco flourishes, and a tiny moonstone. At 7 grams, it's not very heavy but packs a lot of visual impact. It's a good size at just over 2 inches by just over one inch, and shows well when worn. The casting is crisp, which is impressive considering how much detail it has. It has an exotic appearance that will please anyone with a fondness for the culture of the culture ancient Egyptians and appreciates the artistic expression of their amulets. I know I like it very much.
