The ring runs small for sure. My ring finger is a size 5.5 and I ordered a size 7 to fit my pointer finger but as you can see it fits on my ring just barely. The spinner is very rough but it seems to spin ok (have to use your other hand rather than spinning with a finger of the same hand as some allow). Overall decent quality for the price but definitely would have liked having the correct size.

This ring is exactly what I wanted. It is very fun to fidget with while I'm at work. It's also very neat with the runes, and it seems high quality to me.

I saw this ring and had to get it for my wife. She likes Norse items and gets very anxious so I thought this would be a good distraction for her. It is very well made and the look is great, it just runs a little big. We thought the 7 would fit but it is a tad big, but not so big it falls off if she shakes her hand. The outer band turns smoothly and it does help her when she starts to feel anxious. She is able to turn the ring without causing a scene in front of others. I would recommend this for those who experience anxiety and need a way to navigate through it.
