I do have to admit that this necklace looks really good in person and makes for a great gift. On the other hand, the size of it, 925 sterling silver or not, is kind of small to justify the price tag. The chain is decent, but I'm not too fond of its design. Overall though, the saving grace is the design of the pendant itself and the fact that it looks as its pictured in the seller's photographs.

This is a very nice necklace. I chose the Hollow Celtic Raven design and I love it. The pendant has such lovely details. From the feathers, to the knots, to the triskelion. It is just beautiful. The pendant is marked on the back S925 for sterling silver. It is polished to a high shine and also has a bit of oxidation to bring out the knots and symbols on the raven. The stainless steel box link chain goes well with the pendant. I really appreciate that the pendant and the chain were each packed in separate zip top bags to prevent and damage during shipping. It came in a hinged jewelry box, perfect for gift giving. I think this would make a wonderful gift for anyone.

I got this necklace to use as a stocking stuffer for my son, who loves wolves. It's a beautiful piece, and it's not too delicate for a man to wear, yet not too bulky for his slender frame. The sterling silver is just beautiful, and the design is amazing!

This pendant is a great size for people looking to have a more edgy statement necklace. However, the chain quality wasn't up to expectations. The end of the chain had a section with bigger links, which weighs it down and naturally pulls the lobster claw clasp to the pendant over time.

Wonderfully detailed necklace that is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but that's a great thing. There's a couple things though keeping this from being five stars. One is not having the 'tarnish' in the recessed areas. As is, the pendant has almost no visual depth to it. You can feel the wolf design and runes, but can't see it unless the light is shined on it in such a way to create shadows. Another issue is the chain this pendant comes with. It's also incredibly shiny (which is odd for stainless steel) and doesn't really fit the whole Viking/Norse image. It also needs to be darkened a little bit. I will need to order some kind of silver antiquing solution/oxidizer to speed up the natural process. The chain has a C-clasp closure and a larger ring to latch it to in the chain about two inches from the end. But they didn't add or forgot to add another larger ring at the end of the chain. This leaves a dangly bit of chain irritating your neck. The links at this end of the chain are barely big enough for the tiny bar in the C-clasp to slide through to secure the necklace. It seems weird to have this extension on the chain without any additional incorporated larger sized rings or jump rings in this two-inch length of chain or at the end. It seems like the necklaces were shipped out before they received necessary finishing touches.

I really like this necklace and got the arrowhead. It looks sharp (in style, not at its point). It is a good weight; you can feel it while wearing it, but it doesn’t get heavy to wear for a while. The chain is a little thin compared to the pendent, but it is a great length and gives you many wearing options. Comes with a cleaning cloth. It would make a great gift. It might seem a bit pricey, but I think it is a good deal for the size of the sterling silver pendant.

This necklace arrived without scratches or imperfections. The chain isn't too short nor is it too long. I would recommend that if you get it for someone as a gift, you open it up first and assemble it as it is shipped with the chain detached from the pendant and each in a separate little bag. I imagine this was to keep the pendant from getting scratched in transit.
