admittedly i don't use quick release straps for actual diving, as i don't dive. BUT this strap, aside from looking super diver technical, is constructed so that i would definitely wear it were i to dive in my timepiece. i'm a diver collector and only wear them on wrist or to time coffee, and most of the time even ones that look this good have quick release pins i'd not want on a watch i really did use for diving. however, THiS one has very sturdy pins that fit deep into the lug holes, no sizing issues whatsoever. aside from the strap itself looking great, being comfortable and strong enough to hold a dive tank suspended in a James Bond movie, unlike other bands that have the same 'look', i'd actually trust this thing deep under water. note, i put this on my 50mm honkin' retro 70s diver, and this holds it super snug. besides all that, the price for this quality is shocking.
